Hand-washing in cool or lukewarm water is the best choice for natural cashmere fiber! If possible, please use a mild hair shampoo without conditioner when washing. Then flatly place it to day.

We do not recommend dry cleaning unless the stain is very hard to remove because the chemicals that dry-clean using is harmful for the natural fibers.
